Associated PressBOULDER — Authorities in Boulder are investigating after someone sent letters with white powder to the Jewish Community Center and also possibly a synagogue in the city. Field tests showed the powder sent to the community center wasn't hazardous Monday. Not long that news was announced, police responded to a report of a similar letter being set to Har HaShem, a synagogue about 5 miles away. The letter sent to the community center included a message saying it had enemies.
