West Boca Raton senior Angelica Blimegger captured an individual state championship for the second straight year at the FHSAA Bowling Finals from Oct. 29- Oct. 31 at Boardwalk Bowl Entertainment Center in Orlando. Blimegger won the individual district and county championship earlier in the season. She is the first girls bowler to earn two FHSAA individual state titles. The individual state finals featured 16 qualifiers who competed head-to-head in best-of-three matchups in a double-elimination format. Blimegger earned ninth overall in the girls individual state qualifier with a total of 824. (207-210-224-183).
