MAYPORT NAVAL STATION, Fla. — A military judge has found a submarine sailor not guilty of distributing videos of naked female officers. The ruling on Tuesday came in a general court-martial for Petty Officer 3rd Class Samuel Buchner, the fifth sailor charged in the videotaping scandal aboard the USS Wyoming. The case has highlighted difficulties the Navy has faced in integrating women into its submarine fleet. Buchner was charged with distributing videos using his cellphone.
