The reasons behind the abrupt and dramatic reduction of staff at Jacksonville’s One Spark crowdfunding festival operations are still unfolding. But the spokeswoman for the organization said she had already submitted her resignation before staff cutbacks reduced the number of full-time One Spark workers from about a dozen to three. Meredith Johnson said she resigned June 16 and her last day at One Spark is June 30. “It’s a lot of work,” said Johnson, who’s been with the organization for three years.
