NEW YORK (AP) — U.S. stocks are opening higher on hopes of a breakthrough in Greece's bailout discussions with its creditors even as few tangible signs of progress emerged from meetings in Europe. Health insurer Cigna jumped after rejecting a $47 billion offer to be acquired by a larger rival Anthem.
