The Utah Highway Patrol has identified a Colorado man who was killed in crash on Interstate 15 near Parowan. UHP spokesman Dwayne Baird said it appears that 67-year-old Gary Gregg Prutch, of Centennial, Colo., either fell asleep or was distracted when GMC Envoy went out of control about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.
