President Donald Trump will announce Friday that he is decertifiying the Iran nuclear deal but will not urge Congress to immediately reimpose sanctions on the country, according to Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. The president will instead call for new legislation that could trigger those sanctions down the line based on factors that include Iran’s non-nuclear aggression.
