PROVIDENCE — Senesco Marine has been hired to build a crew transfer vessel at its North Kingstown shipyard that would be used by a $1-billion-plus offshore wind farm proposed in Rhode Island Sound.Ørsted, the developer of the 400-megawatt Revolution Wind project, announced an agreement on Wednesday with Windserve Marine, an affiliate of Senesco that will operate the new boat, which will be used to transport personnel for construction and maintenance of the wind farm.
