In Oakland County's primary election, many were watching to see who would step into the judge's seat left vacant earlier this year in Waterford Township's 51st District Court by Jodi Debbrecht Switalski.Three expert litigators battled it out at the polls, but longtime resident Todd Fox, 49 -- who runs a private practice in the township -- came out on top with 2,841 votes after all votes had been tallied.
