100 Years Ago - 1918: The city of Chester has gone over the top in bonds, war chest funds and W.S.S. stamps, and now it expects to go over the top in its 10-day campaign for enlistments of young women in the United States Student Reserve. There will be a mighty turnout of citizens of the city and surrounding county at the patriotic rally tomorrow night at the Deshong mansion.
