There Are Old-school Telephones All Over Disney World That Are Both Useful And Free

Kirsten Acuna/INSIDER If you're visiting Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida you may come across a bunch of old-looking pay phones at the different parks. They work! But you don't need to pay for them. The courtesy phones allow you to make local calls for free. No dimes or nickels necessary. They also allow guests to reach out for general information about the parks, ticketing, and Disney World reservations. They can be found near the main entrances of Animal Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot. Anyone heading to one of the theme parks in Walt Disney World is heading there for the rides, to see the characters, and get a photo with the iconic castle. But if you've been there many times, you've probably come across some old-school pay phones.
