ROGERSVILLE — A Hawkins County teen who allegedly set two simultaneous barn fires in February, and then returned to the scene to watch firefighters battle the blaze, was named Monday in a two count Hawkins County Grand Jury indictments.Eleigh Cody Christian, 19, 732 Walkers Church Road, Bulls Gap, was indicted monday for arson, a Class C felony punishable by 3-6 years; and vandalism over $60,000, a Class B felony punishable by 8-12 years.The double barn fire occurred Feb.
