UPPER PROVIDENCE >> East Lansdowne teacher Andrea Fink and sixth grader Charlie Tong were honored Saturday for their efforts in the county's war on opioids, but their story actually began three years ago with the tragic death of a student's parent who lost their battle against addiction.As the duo walked to the stage at Rose Tree Park Saturday to received their glass award for their drug prevention efforts, their minds drifted back to the start of their story as Fink tried to do what she could as a student's parent died after succumbing to his addiction.
