Sterling Heights Mayor Michael Taylor called his easy re-election an endorsement of a diverse, tolerant city and a rejection of hate and bigotry spewed by his foe.Taylor, 35, mayor since 2014, defeated foe Jeffrey Norgrove by a margin of 76.6 percent to 23.4 percent, according to unofficial results from the Election Division of the Macomb County Clerk's Office.
