BUNNELL — A Palm Coast man faces indecent exposure charges following reports that he was swimming and walking around nude near Malacompra Park.Flagler County sheriff's deputies arrested Dominic Stevens, 57, of 6024 N. Ocean Shore Blvd., while he was sitting on a boardwalk at the Palm Coast park. According to Sheriff’s Office reports, deputies responded to the area July 17 and spoke to two county employees who were working on the boardwalk.

Outdoor Notes: Bull Creek Fish Camp celebration set for Saturday

BULL CREEK CELEBRATION: Bull Creek Fish Camp, located at 3861 C.R. 2006, Bunnell, is hosting a one-year anniversary celebration Saturday. Camp owners Chris Zwirn, Joe Rizzo and Matt Crews have public-private partnership agreement with Flagler County for the bait shop and restaurant. The festivities will include a pancake breakfast from 8 to 9 a.m. followed by a variety of activities including a children's' fishing tournament, which will start at 9:30 a.m. Children up to 16 years old may compete for more than $1,000 in prizes. Parents are encouraged to pre-register children by Thursday.

Flagler deputies say man exposed himself in front of them

BUNNELL - Deputies arrested a Palm Coast man Saturday following allegations that he was exposing himself to strangers.Scott Boardman, 50, 13 Fordham Lane, was charged with indecent exposure and two counts of disorderly intoxication in connection with the incident.According to a Flagler County Sheriff's Office report, deputies found Boardman near a hotel off Old Kings Road South, wearing a towel. Several bystanders pointed to him as deputies drove into the hotel parking lot.

HEMPSTEAD, Texas - Police dashcam video shows a Texas state trooper tried to pull Sandra Bland out of her car, then drew his stun gun and threatened her after the woman who authorities say later killed herself in a jail cell refused to follow his orders.

Flagler County issues 11 more vacation rental certificates

BUNNELL - Flagler County has issued 11 more short-term vocational rental certificates since the first certificate was approved in June for Dr. Gary Shelton, according to a media release from the county.The majority of homes approved are managed by Vacation Rental Pros. A total of 77 short-term vacation rental applications have been received, the release states.In addition to the 11 that have certificates issued, 20 other properties have been inspected with the county waiting for minor corrections to be made prior to issuance of the certificates.
