A change in leadership at PECO -- CEO prepares to step down

PHILADELPHIA >> Craig Adams, president and CEO of PECO, will be stepping down from his position - retiring effective March 30. The move was announced Thursday by Denis O'Brien, senior executive vice president of Exelon Corporation and CEO of Exelon Utilities, and the PECO Board of Directors. Adams will be succeeded by Mike Innocenzo, who currently serves as PECO senior vice president and chief operating officer.

 

Radnor residents, school officials react to Florida school shooting

RADNOR >> Radnor Township School Board President Lydia Solomon began the meeting Tuesday with a moment of silence for the students and teachers who died in the mass shooting rampage in Parkland, Fla. She also praised the "heroic teachers" who lost their lives trying to save their students.Superintendent Kenneth Batchelor discussed measures that the district has in place to protect students.

Providence Animal Center Pet of the Week: Ruby Rose

5-year-old female Mixed Breed Meet Ruby Rose, the sweet southern gal who is looking for a forever home. Ruby Rose has a beautiful short, red coat with eyes that plead to be loved. She was rescued from a southern overcrowded shelter and brought to Providence Animal Center, in Media, formerly the Delco SPCA, where she waits like the patient girl she is for her time to come where she gets a true forever home.

 

Providence Animal Center Pet of the Week: Fluffy

1-year-old female Domestic Longhair Say hello to Fluffy, the beyond beautiful cat who has found herself homeless and looking for a family. Fluffy has long, black and brown fur with glowing green eyes. She was rescued by a Good Samaritan and brought to Providence Animal Center where she now waits for a family to take her home and treat her like the princess she is.

 

AFL Pet of the Week: Prince

Prince comes by his name honestly, because he truly is regal. He is loving, sweet, playful, and full of character. Plus, as you can see, he is incredibly handsome. Prince has lived in a foster home with dogs, and he loved to spend time with them. Prince also gets along fine with his current feline foster brothers.
