Francisvale Pet of the Week: Cutie

Cutie is just the most perfect name for this "pretty as a picture" Chihuahua. She may be considered a "senior" at 8-years old, but she is anything but that. This Cutie pie knows who she is and what she wants. This girl has a big personality in a petite, cuddly frame. Cutie will flourish as the one and only in a quiet adult only household and will be best situated with experienced guardians who appreciate and understand how to handle an independent thinker.
