Mount Clemens shooting suspect to be arraigned today

A 25-year-old man accused in a fatal shooting at a Mount Clemens party for July Fourth has been extradited and will be formally charged this afternoon with murder and other charges.Perry Rouse Jr. is expected to be arraigned Thursday afternon by Magistrate Ryan Zemke in 41B District Court in Clinton Township on allegations he shot and killed Charlie "C.
