Police capture naked wrong-way semi driver near River Spirit Casino

Tulsa police captured the driver of a tractor-trailer rig who they said struck a vehicle while traveling the wrong direction on Interstate 44 before he was eventually found naked after abandoning the truck in front of the River Spirit Casino.
