Vice President Joe Biden guest stars on NBC's "Parks & Recreation"

Leslie Knope, the lovable Pawnee, Ind. city councilwoman from NBC's "Parks & Recreation" played by Amy Poehler, came face-to-face with her celebrity crush on Thursday night's episode. The meeting was arranged by her fiance, Ben Wyatt (Adam Scott,) a congressional campaign manager, as an engagement present.

Cheers was once a staple on TV Land. Now the cable network, which has shifted its focus from classic sitcom reruns to original comedy series, is reuniting two of the stars of iconic the NBC series. Rhea Perlman is set to co-star opposite Kirstie Alley in the TV Land pilot Giant Baby.

 

‘Community’ is back, everyone is happy

“Community” will return to NBC in mid-March, ending the “streets ahead” comedy’s forced hiatus that began after the Christmas episode aired in December. Creator Dan Harmon broke the news on Twitter: “What you call 8:00, we call home. Community returns to Thursday nights on March 15th.” Megan Ganz, a writer for the show, put it a different way: “We're back! We're Backstreet Boys. We're Burt Bacharach. We're Back To The Future. We're back.”
