A U.S. appeals court ruled on Friday that a lower court should reconsider a sales ban against Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 won by Apple in a patent dispute with the South Korean electronics maker.

Sprint to Sell Samsung Tablet for $400

Sprint said it plans to sell Samsung's Galaxy Tab tablet for $400, or a third less than Verizon Wireless, though Sprint will require a two-year service contract.
