The suspect in the fatal shooting of an abortion doctor in Kansas had professed an anti-government, anti-abortion philosophy in years past, some who knew him said.

Ortega Devon Henderson, an up-and-coming rapper who traveled in the same orbit as fellow artist Nelly, died Wednesday of injuries suffered May 16 in a shooting in Wellston, his friends and family said.

Police are searching this afternoon for a man suspected of fatally shooting his aunt outside an Old East Dallas apartment Saturday night.

The tragic shooting death of 7-year-old Earl Robinson remains under investigation. Police believe Robinson's 11-year-old neighbor, whose name has not been released, is responsible. He was taken into custody for questioning Saturday.
