Shuttle lands after first try scrubbed

NASA engineers announced they have set 3:13 p.m. Saturday as the time for the space shuttle to land at Kennedy Space Center.

 

Satellite debris passes close to space station

Floating debris from a satellite forced the crew of the international space station to retreat to a safety capsule Thursday, according to a NASA news release.

 

Discovery Launch Postponed Due To Gas Leak

NASA has postponed the launch of space shuttle Discovery because of a gas leak. The leak of gaseous hydrogen occurred as the launch team was filling the external fuel tank for liftoff Wednesday night. The seven astronauts had yet to board the spaceship.
