ROGERSVILLE — A Hawkins County man has been arrested following a rollover crash with a child in his car, according to police, and admitted to "drag racing" another vehicle when the incident occurred. Records at the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office state the wreck occurred Friday night at approximately 9:15. Police found a vehicle on its top near the D&R Market on Highway 11-W in Mooresburg. William Samuel Greear, 26, of Jones Lane, was identified as the driver.
