This person has the ability to pay. Has anyone hear of this? I tried doing Internet research and didn't find anyone else strategically paying medical bills late.I originally felt this was unethical but during my Internet search I found a company called copatient.com that would review you medical bills for errors and would expect 35% cut when you get the refund.
