This conceptual chemotherapy chair was designed with feedback from patients, nurses, and doctors. Patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment get to know, and perhaps loathe, their chemotherapy chairs. The treatments typically consist of an intravenous infusion of drugs that attack fast-growing, often cancerous cells, and the patients receiving these drugs spend anywhere from a few minutes to several hours sitting in a hospital-grade chair.
