A 7-year-old boy who was reportedly abducted by a 26-year-old woman was last seen in a white Ford Focus near La Junta, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said in an Amber  Alert on Monday. Uriah Saye Jr. was last seen at around 12:50 p.m. in the 2012 Focus near Cheraw, 10 miles north of La Junta in Otero County, agency officials said in the alert.

Around 6 p.m. Friday, a woman driving a Dodge pickup truck southbound on U. S. 285 suddenly crossed into the northbound lanes and crashed into an Xcel service truck, state patrol officials said in a news release. The woman driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, state patrol officials said.
