A new restaurant could be moving to a prime spot on Morgan Square in downtown Spartanburg soon. At Monday night’s meeting, Spartanburg City Council approved an agreement with the developer, the locally owned 137 West Main LLC, which bought the property on Morgan Square earlier this year. The building formerly housed the Sandwich Factory, which has been vacant for at least five years, and two apartments upstairs.
