Readers ask Tech+ about spam. Q: I use Hotmail (both free and subscription). My problem is that I am receiving between 15-20 sexually oriented junk emails each day. I have tried using some of the screening options with only moderate success (blocking a URL works fairly well although the spammers often change the URLs they use).
