Bookmark or Share- Access your Account Privacy Settings - Microsoft SupportSelect Manage Settings under Account Privacy. For the new Outlook for Windows: On the View tab, select View settings. On the General tab, choose Privacy and data and select Privacy settings. Note: Users with a personal account will have additional settings on this screen, but the button for Privacy settings remain the same.
- Allow changes to parts of a protected document - Microsoft SupportYou can mark a document as read-only and still allow changes to selected parts. You can make these unrestricted parts available for anyone who opens the document, or you can grant permission to specific individuals so that only they can change the unrestricted parts of the document.
- Share your documents - Microsoft SupportAfter you've shared a document, the document and its metadata will show up automatically in the recipient's Shared view in OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office.com experiences. Go to See files others have shared with you to learn more.
- Restrict access to documents with Information Rights Management in WordSelect the File tab. Select Info, choose Protect Document, point to Restrict Permission by People, and then select Restricted Access. In the Permissions dialog box, select Restrict permission to this document, and then assign the access levels that you want for each user.
- Manage your Microsoft 365 subscription or Office productFor Microsoft 365 Family or Personal subscriptions: Select Install premium Microsoft 365 apps and follow the prompts to install or reinstall the desktop apps. On the Microsoft 365 subscription tab, select Manage. From here you can: Renew your subscription with a prepaid code or card. Learn more.
