NEW SMYRNA BEACH - The Southeast Volusia Advertising Authority board Friday voted to hire a Daytona Beach-based consultant to conduct a search for a new executive director.Evelyn Fine, president of Mid-Florida Marketing & Research Inc., will be paid $7,500 to preside over what could be a three-month process to find a new executive director to replace Carl Watson, who retired last month. Renee Tallevast, executive director for the West Volusia Tourism Advertising Authority, is serving as interim director of the Southeast Volusia Advertising Authority.
