More than 100 Ohio schools districts, none expecting a cut, lost $100 million Tuesday night when Gov. John Kasich vetoed two line items before signing the two-year state budget into law.One item provided tax relief for local school districts that, because of a 2005 law change, no longer are allowed to collect taxes on business equipment.
