Savannah school board approves staffing changes The Savannah-Chatham Public School Board at its April meeting unanimously approved several administrative staffing changes. Marcia McManus, principal of Windsor Forest Elementary, will retire in June after 31 years with the Savannah-Chatham Public Schools. Drema Jackson, senior director of accountability and research and former principal of Tompkins Middle and Savannah High schools, will retire in June after 24 years with the Savannah-Chatham Public Schools. Southwest Elementary Principal Mikki Garcia will receive a $19,721 salary adjustment.
