Savannah Alderman Tony Thomas has dismissed his good behavior bond case, but warned he will return to a courtroom in the future to challenge private investigator John Perry and his alleged harassment. Thomas, who represented himself, requested in a handwritten, one-paragraph document dated Monday, that Chatham County Magistrate Court officials dismiss his case, adding that, “At a future date, Petitioner (Thomas) will return with additional information to this court or another.” Judge Bonzo Reddick, who on March 11 gave Thomas 10 days in which to amend his complaint, had scheduled an April 8 hearing in the case.
