RIDGEFIELD—The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a second public hearing Wednesday on a couple’s plan for a bed and breakfast on Circle Drive. The first hearing on the proposal drew about 100 residents and ended with more than 30 residents still waiting to speak. The plans, submitted by Catherine and Thomas Savoca this summer, propose turning two rooms in the four-bedroom home into a bed and breakfast. Neighbors opposed to the project have created an alliance, a website, yard signs and an online petition arguing against the “commercial use.” The couple maintains their plan would both comply with zoning regulations and not negatively impact the neighborhood. The hearing will be held in the Town Hall Annex at 7:30 p.m.
