DANBURY — Immaculate High School and a local nursing home were placed on lockdown early Tuesday morning after police responded to reports of a suicidal man with a rifle in the neighborhood. According to a statement issued by police, officers responded to Garfield Avenue at around 7 a.m. on Tuesday after receiving a report that a man had posted a Facebook message indicating that he had a rifle and wanted to kill himself.
