Rating: 1 Posted By: runoff Views: 137 Replies: 7 I live in a Bay Area apartment. The city recently became subject to rent stabilization (similar to rent control). I have been living in this unit for many years. I believe my rent is considerably below the market rate. I read that a landlord can evict a tenant with some kind of trumped-up reasons so long as they give 60 days notice.
