Until this week, Rengen Rajaratnam was living and working in Brazil. On Sunday he arrived back in the U.S., was arrested and pleaded "NOT-GUILTY" on Monday to charges that he was involved in insider trading activities while he worked with big brother, Raj Rajaratnam, at Galleon. Raj also believed he was not guilty and took his case to court...and lost. He's currently in his second year of an 11-year prison term, so Rengen knew it had not worked out well for his brother.
