A reg flag warning issued by the National Weather Service in Pueblo will be in place in much of southeast Colorado, including El Paso and Teller counties, from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday. The warning will bring conditions "favorable for the rapid ignition, growth and spread of fires," including relative humidity as low as 9 percent and 20 to 30 mph winds with gusts of up to 40 mph. In Colorado Springs, expect sunny skies and a high of 82 degrees Tuesday, with winds of 5 to 10 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon, the weather service said.
