Ramy Youssef and his Cairo Cowboy production banner have signed a first-look TV deal with Netflix, Variety has learned. Under the deal, Youssef and Cairo Cowboy will develop and create new scripted projects for the streamer. Youssef is the co-creator and executive producer of the Netflix series “Mo” alongside Mo Amer.
