CHURCH HILL - Ralph Stanley Snapp, age 68, of Church Hill, went home to be in the arms of Jesus, on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at his home while surrounded by his family. He was a Veteran of the United States Military having proudly served his country in the United States Army.
