Project Upward Bound Opens Courtroom For Students, To Host Free Concert

Judges, court officers, recorders and administrators recently opened up the 50th District Court in Pontiac to a group of 25 high school students to learn about careers in law. Oakland University's Project Upward Bound, a federally funded college-prep program founded in 1966, brought the Pontiac-area students to the court for its annual career day.
