Former Ritz-Carlton chefs have made triumphant return with Prairie Fire I'm very happy to welcome Sarah Stegner and George Bumbaris back to downtown Chicago after a six-year absence, and grateful for the additional opportunities to eat their exceptional food, at prices far lower than those the duo commanded as one-time chefs of the fabled Ritz-Carlton Dining Room.
