- Use the Navigation pane in Word - Microsoft SupportTo go to a page or a heading in a Word document without scrolling, use the Navigation pane. To open the Navigation pane, press Ctrl+F, or select the View tab and choose Navigation Pane.
- Set text direction and position in a shape or text box in Word ...Specify text direction in a shape or text box. In a shape or text box, you can change the direction in which text is read. That is, you can pivot text 90 or 270 degrees so that it appears sideways. Right-click the edge of the shape or text box. On the shortcut menu, select Format Shape.
- Remove double line spacing - Microsoft SupportThe default spacing is 1.15 lines, which gives you a bit more room between lines and 10 points of spacing after each paragraph for better readability.
