While Potter and Randall counties show small improvements when it comes to overall child well-being, both continue to rank below or near a state average that’s nearly worst in the nation, according to the 2016 Kids Count Data Book from the Annie E. Casey Foundation. The report, which was released this week, measures child well-being in four domains: Economic well-being, education, health, and family and community. read more
