ATLANTA (AP) — Atlanta city officials say a Department of Public Works employee who was driving a city-owned truck at the time of a fatal crash was driving drunk and will be charged with vehicular homicide.Atlanta city spokesman Carlos Campos says police have determined the employee, whose identity has not been released, was under the influence Saturday when the truck overturned on a highway and killed a second Department of Public Works employee.Campos says the driver will also be charged with failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence.Campos says the city has a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use on the job and routinely conducts random screenings.
