HARRIS By William Moore Daily Journal HOLLY SPRINGS – Police Chief Dwight Harris has seen a marked improvement in the relationship between his department and the community in recent years. He credits a lot of the change to a Bible study held once a month in the training room at the Holly Springs Police Department. “The police department used to be disconnected from the community,” Harris said.
