An Albuquerque man is facing charges after police say he fired shots at a gas station and used his 13-year-old as a getaway driver. KOAT-TV in Albuquerque reports (http://goo.gl/bhFWbk) Sergio Barrientos-Hinojosa was arrested late Saturday following a bizarre fight across the street from where officers were conducting a DWI checkpoint. According to police, an inebriated Barrientos-Hinojosa had his 13-year-old son take him to buy beer.
