A Plains Township man, who police say robbed a seventh-grader at knifepoint, was arraigned on multiple charges Tuesday. Terence Bradley, age unknown, faces charges of robbery, robbery by force and terroristic threats. According to Wilkes-Barre police: The victim, a student at Solomon-Plains Memorial Elementary School, was walking home alone on Oct. 11 at about 2:15 p.m.
