Phyllis Ann Perrigon Taylor Baker

WISE, VA - Phyllis Ann Perrigon Taylor Baker, 65, went on to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 8, 2018. She was a retired employee of Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Wise. She was of the Christian Faith and enjoyed time reading and spending time at Cherokee Lake with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Lank Perrigon; mother, Ethel Taylor; brother, Jack Fleming; sister, Jean Collins; sister-in-law, Patty Taylor; two nephews, Samuel Fleming and Tom Stanley. Surviving are son, Ronnie Taylor and fiancé Vickie Hendricks; two grandsons, Josh Taylor and Justin Taylor; two granddaughters, Amy Duncan and Brandy Dickerson; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Sue Vanover and husband Jackie of Wise, Gail Ramey and husband Luther of Norton and Barbara Fields and husband Fred of Castlewood; three brothers, Glenn Taylor of Pound, Allen Taylor and wife Vivian of Wise and Larry Taylor and wife Debbie of Lexington, VA; sister-in-law, Gaye Fleming of Wise; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Phyllis Baker will be conducted at 2:00 P.M.
